We accept most major PPO insurance plans and will bill and wait for assignment of benefits from your insurance provider while establishing a Financial Agreement for your estimated out of pocket Treatment Costs. We accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. For established patients, we offer short term financing (less than 3 months) and also have financing options through Care Credit.
